1.13 Cost Estimating

Alternative Cost Estimates will be provided for each alternative considered through the verification process and a final Cost Estimate will be provided for the recommended concepts.

This Phase will be documented with a Program Verification Report outlining the final recommendations that were approved by the Authority. If the approved site plan includes expanding the project area, scope modifications may be required. This Program Verification Report will serve as the basis of the design moving forward.

2.0 SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE (30% SUBMITTAL)

Based on the results of the Program Verification Report the Design Documents will begin to be developed. Specific Elements of the 30% Plans are noted below:
