Comments must be limited to absolute maximum of five (5) minutes per person. Anyone wishing to speak must complete a Citizen's Comment form and present it to the Executive Assistant prior to the beginning of the meeting. No individual may give his/her time to another speaker.

Anyone wishing to appeal a decision made by the Airport Authority concerning any matter considered at this public meeting will need a record of the proceedings and must ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
