Construction Documents: The main objective of the Construction Document Phase will be to prepare documents which include sufficient detail required to construct the project.
Building Envelope Review (CMC): Envelope/Water Intrusion Consultant (CMC) to perform the following building envelope review services/tasks for each of the following project components during the 60% and 90% construction document phases with deliverables in the form of narrative (PDF) commentary for applicable technical specifications and "redline" comments on the drawings: Ground Boarding Facility (GBF), Concourse B Expansion (Bump-outs), Main terminal Hub—escalator work (pit waterproofing).
One (1) review of interim (60%) CD documents for each of the above project components.
Include summary of review comments and recommendations to guide workshop activity.
One (1) 1-day workshop with AOR to review comments and recommendations as well as additional design concerns/considerations.
One (1) review of final CD documents for each of the above project components
Include summary of review comments and recommendations for follow-up meeting.
One (1) follow-up meeting/work-session with AOR to discuss final comments and recommendations.

Electronic (PDF) "redline" markups on drawings for workshop
Narrative commentary of applicable specification sections for workshop
Task 2 90% Construction Document Deliverables include:
Electronic (PDF) "redline" markups on drawings

Task 3 60% Construction Document Deliverables include (to MLM Martin only):
Electronic (PDF) "redline" markups on drawings for workshop
Narrative commentary of applicable specification sections for workshop

Electronic (PDF) "redline" markups on drawings
Narrative commentary of applicable specification sections
Bidding and GMP Support Services: Coordinate with the CM and respond to questions and requests for information arising from bidding the project:
Provide supplemental drawings, respond to RFI's, issue addenda.
Assist the CM with sub-contractor meetings
Assist in price evaluation meetings
All Construction Administration is excluded from this agreement and will be determined and added later in conjunction with the approved construction schedule and phasing plan.
Any hazardous materials surveying is excluded from this agreement.
