Rental Canopy – Electrical Proposal
This bid is based upon electrical plans and specifications prepared by A.I.D. Thinh D. Phan
Any resulting subcontract shall be the current edition of AIA 401 document.
Overhead and profit to be added to the cost of any changes in the work performed by Windemüller Technical Services, Inc. shall be 10% overhead and 5% profit, as outlined by the latest edition of National Price Services. When work is performed by subcontractors of Windemüller Technical Services, Inc. 10% overhead and 5% profit shall be added to that portion of work. This quotation is based upon the above referenced drawings/specifications. This quotation is valid for 60 days.

Scope of Work:
Inclusions:
Provide and install new light fixtures under/in canopies per specifications.
Remove and relocate 15 lights per specifications.
Provide and install new conductors for canopy lighting and branch circuits.
Provide boring and conduits where specified.
Remove and relocate 1 light pole and base per specifications.
Provide comm. and power conduits to gate control panel. All gate work by others.
Provide new handholes and junction boxes per plans and specifications.
All work to be done during normal business hours Mon. thru Fri. 7a.m.-5p.m.
All work to meet or exceed National Electrical Code.
Exclusions:
Utility charges and/or Fees are not included.
Temporary power and/or lighting not included.
All/any concrete by others.
Any and all associated gate parts/loops.
Permit is not included and is assumed to be by sub-form.
Waterproofing of any penetrations.
Painting of electrical conduit or equipment.
General Conditions: Tax for material is included for all material. Bond costs are not included and are to be added at cost of 1.7% or as listed above. Purchase Order or, an approved modified contract, is to be used for purposes of legal agreement to perform the work described in this proposal by Windemuller Technical Services.
Performance & payment bond is not included and is to be added if required.
