The City of Victorville is proud to announce our NEW online Citizen Access Portal. It's easy! Simply register online.

HOW TO REGISTER: Visit the City of Victorville's webpage at www.victorvilleca.gov

• On the City of Victorville's homepage, click on "Pay Online" located on the top of the page.
• Click on the "Permits & Licensing" button.
• If you have not registered for an account, please:
• oClick on “Register” underneath and to the right of the photo.
• oComplete the New User Registration.
• oOnce you have registered, please email the Business License Division with your exact name and email address you used to register. Please also include the Business license number and/or invoice number that you need to be linked to.
• oCity Staff will link your registration to your Business License. This can take up to one (1) business day. Once we have done so, you'll be notified via email.

HOW TO RENEW YOUR BUSINESS LICENSE: Visit the City of Victorville's webpage at www.victorvilleca.gov

• On the City of Victorville's homepage, click on "Pay Online" located on the top of the page.
• Click on the “Permits & Licensing” button.
• Click on “Login” underneath and to the right of the photo.
• Click on the “Other” tab, and then select “Invoices”.
• This should bring up your invoice(s) linked to your account.
• Check the invoice you want to pay, and then click on "Add to Cart".
• On the next screen, click "Checkout".
• This will bring up a screen to enter in your payment information, and then click on "Pay Now".
