M r. Alfieri thanked the Board and asked this to come back the earliest hearing available. M r. Gertner advised a number of M r. Alfieri's applications were moved to February 28, 2022 and depending on how those application move the Board and M r. Alfieri will be able to see how to move. M r. Alfieri stated that was fine.

Mr. Gertner announced with regard to this application, it is being carried to February 28, 2022 and the applicant has waived time to March 31, 2022.

M r. Hudak announced this is Denise Buono's last meeting and said she has been so helpful to this Board and has gone above and beyond for so many years and said she is so appreciated and will be missed and good luck!
