This will be delivered bi-monthly and will ensure all research delivery staff receive the same initial training. There is also a plan to make five short modules available on My Learning Hub for all OUH staff as an introduction to clinical research, to raise awareness of research and how staff can be involved. This is in line with the CQC well-led inspection framework which emphasizes the importance of research awareness in NHS Trusts as part of its well-led framework, and encourages trusts to actively facilitate and promote research, ensuring that staff have opportunities to engage with research and innovation."
