                    "text": "Following the High Court rulings on 26 October 2018 and 20 November 2020 regarding the equalisation of Guaranteed Minimum Pension (GMP) benefit within the Lloyds pension scheme Scottish Enterprise will be required to equalise the benefits provided by the Scottish Enterprise Pension Scheme for the effect of unequal GMP for male and female members. Scottish Enterprise and its advisers have not yet undertaken a review to determine the full impact this will have on the liabilities of the scheme. Based on an assessment of schemes with similar characteristics to Scottish Enterprise's pension scheme, the potential increase in scheme liabilities has been estimated in the range of 0% to 1% of current scheme liabilities, which equates to a range of £0 to £5.2m.",
