            "text": "The University’s evaluation of each proposal will be based upon the information provided in the Proposal, additional information requested by the University, information obtained from references and independent sources, and formal presentations, if requested. The University evaluation committee will evaluate proposals in accord with the requirements and criteria set forth in this Solicitation, including any Addenda issued. The University may award the Contract to the Successful Offeror submitting the Proposal determined to be the most advantageous to the University."
