                    "text": "• The site is within to UoM campus and in close proximity to MMU's campus.\\n• Located adjacent to the ID Manchester regeneration area and has potential (through redevelopment) to drive better connectivity and linkages through the area between Oxford Road and Piccadilly.\\n• Identified for up to 2850 PBSA bedspcaes (significantly more than the existing 521 bedscapes at Western Hall) as part of a masterplanning study and SRF for the site. This was endorsed for consultation by MCC but ultimately this process has not been taken forward through to completion.\\n• A key principle established within the Development Framework is the connection between PBSA delivery and intensification within this site and IQ's release of PBSA within the Victoria Park area to a Registered Provider in order to facilitate the delivery of affordable housing. It is our understanding however that IQ has refurbished their Victoria Park residences meaning that this established principle has been foregone.\\n• Nonetheless, the site still remains a strong opportunity to build PBSA supply in line with Policy H12.\\n• As for site 9, our recommendations are:\\n◦ to maintain dialogue with IQ and revisit the current SRF in light of the position in Victoria Park, but also taking into account the emerging ID Masterplan proposals and Manchester's up to date position in PBSA need.\\n◦ The emerging ID masterplan will hopefully act as a catalyst to this process and encourage discussions with IQ to be re-opened.",
