Regent Moyer asked the nature of the relationship with Eastern Kentucky University as to this agreement. Dr. Dixie replied that Eastern Kentucky University has a purchasing cooperative with HS1, and KSU is using that cooperative agreement to receive the same price as Eastern Kentucky University. Regent Dukes asked if there were other schools under that agreement as well."
