McCarthy Strategic Solutions advocates for KSU's interests with members from both sides of the aisle of the House and Senate Chambers, Legislative Research Commission (LRC) Staff, state and local government and quasi-government officials, and the Governor's Office. In collaboration with the Office of the President, the Office of Academic Affairs, as well as other university leaders, deliverables include, but are not limited to the collaborative development and execution of the University's annual legislative priorities and agenda, monitoring and preparing responses to proposed state legislation, administrative amendments, executive orders, and engagement strategies aligned to the comprehensive strategic plan of the University.",
