            "text": "Personnel will provide Services commencing on June 28, 2022 and will provide the Services until approximately September 30, 2022. If, for any reason, any Personnel is unable to complete the service period, or if his (her) performance does not meet Client's expectations, Protiviti will endeavor to provide a suitable replacement, subject to Client's approval. If Protiviti is unable to identify a replacement acceptable to Client, this Agreement will be deemed to have automatically ended with respect to that individual, except that Client shall remain liable to Protiviti for Services of such Personnel prior to his/her termination."
