As part of that integration, within the first academic term of the execution of this integration, University will provide Follett the following information: student name, unique identification number for each student ID, a credit limit provided by the University for each student, date range for approved charges, any product restrictions required and student email address."

University will furnish to Follett all required information and will pay all accounts within 30 days of invoice or will pay applicable late charges as provided in the credit application. University will send all A/A payments directly to the bank via ACH, Wire Transfer or Lock Box. Follett may deduct past due AIR charges that are more than 120 days in arrears from University's commission payments. To help the University maximize their brand exposure and increase revenue, University will provide to the Stores at no cost, the following:"
