            "text": "On Tuesday, September 10, 2024, the Associate Athletics Director of Athletics/SWA distributed the Survey Questionnaires to members of the Athletics Staff and Student-Athletes. On Monday, September 16, 2024, the Friends of Athletics Survey Questionnaire was distributed by the Associate Athletics Director/SWA. Each Survey Questionnaire was accompanied by a Transmittal Cover Memorandum which explained the purpose, encouraged candid responses as well as prompt completion and return. Directions for completion appeared on each Survey Questionnaire and there was no identification of specific individuals when the responses were collected. Each of the Survey Questionnaires required approximately 20 minutes to complete."

Out of the 27 Survey Questionnaires administered to Athletics Staff there were 20 completed and returned for a response rate of 74%. Out of the 313 Survey Questionnaires administered to the Student-Athletes there were 167 completed and returned for a response rate of 53%. Out of the 3,500 Survey Questionnaires administered to the Friends of Athletics 156 were completed and returned for a response rate of 0.04%."
