            "text": "We have audited the accompanying financial statements of Kentucky State University (the University) as of June 30, 2011, and for the year then ended. These financial statements are the responsibility of the University's management. Our responsibility is to express an opinion on these financial statements based on our audit. The financial statements of Kentucky State University as of June 30, 2010, were audited by other auditors whose report dated November 5, 2010, expressed an unqualified opinion on those statements. We did not audit the financial statements of Kentucky State University Foundation, Inc. (the Foundation), an entity included as a component unit as required by Statement No. 39 of the Governmental Accounting Standards Board, as of June 30, 2011 and for the year then ended. Those statements were audited by other auditors whose report has been furnished to us, and our opinion, insofar as it relates to the amounts included for the Foundation, is based solely on the report of the other auditors."
