            "text": "A grievance is a student’s claim of unfair and/or non-equitable treatment regarding established policies, procedures, rules, and regulations that affect their progression within the enrolled program of study. The formal expression of a complaint is a grievance. The School of Nursing defines a grievance as a formal allegation against a party or program expressed in a written, signed statement. The student has the right to express grievances without prejudice, penalty, or recrimination."
