            "text": "PURPOSE: Kentucky State University adheres to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations prohibiting discrimination in education and employment. KSU prohibits all forms of discrimination on the basis of sex, including Sexual Harassment and Sexual Misconduct as described in this policy. KSU is committed to providing a safe learning, living, and working environment for all members of the University community. Consistent with this commitment, KSU prohibits Sexual Harassment under Title IX which includes quid pro quo sexual harassment, hostile environment sexual harassment, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and retaliation against any person for the good faith reporting of any of these forms of conduct or participation in any investigation or proceeding under this policy (collectively, “Sexual Harassment”). Complicity in the commission of any act prohibited by this Policy or Retaliating against someone for the good faith reporting or other participation in this Policy is strictly prohibited. Additionally, KSU is committed to raising awareness of issues relating to Sexual Harassment and Sexual Misconduct and its prevention, providing training and continuing education for students, faculty, and staff.",
