The Dean shall submit a recommendation to the Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs, based upon and including the report of the Review Committee, as to whether the Chair should continue in his/her position, with copies to the Chairperson and to the Review Committee. The Chair shall be permitted to submit to the Provost, in writing, a rebuttal to the recommendation of the Dean. The Provost shall submit a recommendation to the President based on the entire review, with copies to the Dean, the Chairperson being reviewed, and the Review Committee."
