These changes were done to provide consistency amongst the three organizations - faculty senate, staff senate and student senate, as well as make updates for technology and best practice."

            "text": "SUMMARY OF PROGRAMS/ACTIVITIES: The Faculty Senate President along with a small workgroup completed the first review and revision of the Constitution and Bylaws. These revisions were presented to Faculty Senate during their April 27th meeting for discussion and further revision. These same documents were also sent to General Counsel for review. On May 5th and 6th, during the faculty elections conducted electronically by anonymous ballot, all eligible faculty members were asked to vote to approve the revisions. Over 2/3rd of the voters submitting their ballot approved the revisions."
