            "text": "AND NOW, this 5^{th} day of January, 2026, pursuant to the Court's general and administrative supervision authority over the offices of Magisterial District Judge pursuant to Rule 17 of the Rules Governing Standards of Conduct of Magisterial District Judges, and the statutory authority of the President Judge as the executive and administrative head of the court to supervise judicial business within the judicial district, 42 Pa. C.S.A. § 325(e), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Magisterial District Judges and Common Pleas Judges within the 51st Judicial District shall only utilize constables or deputy constables for the performance of judicial business who are in full compliance with the Constable Manual attached hereto as Exhibit A. This Manual may be updated by the Court from time-to-time without need for further Administrative or Supervisory Order."
