                    "text": "Thank you for consulting with National Highways regarding the submitted Brancepeth Neighbourhood Plan. We previously reviewed the Draft Plan (May 2025) and commented that:• Brancepeth Parish is located approximately 12km from A1(M) Junction 62 and approximately 15km from A1(M) Junction 61. Consequently, the community actions and policies (Brancepeth Village Envelope, Local Green Space, Protected open space) are not relevant to National Highways. Furthermore, the Draft Neighbourhood Plan does not propose to allocate any new development sites that could generate additional vehicle movements at the Strategic Road Network.• On the basis of the above, we would confirm that National Highways' interests are not likely to be affected by policies contained in the draft plan.Having reviewed the submitted plan we would maintain our previous position, and we can confirm that National Highways' interests are not likely to be affected by policies contained in the plan.",
