Two (2) copies of Environmental Impact Statement, two (2) copies of Storm Water report and two (2) copies of Site Plan. Mr. Riker and Mr. DeMarzo took the plans for review. Mr. Riker stated this is a large project consisting of three buildings. Possible traffic issues involved. The Planning Board approved the application with restrictions (no shipping/receiving on the third shift). Mr. Riker did a site inspection and observed a young forest on the site. EIS and Storm water Management have been received. Mr. Myer has concerns that the roadway is only 30' in width, 18 wheelers will have trouble parking. Mr. Riker stated it has been expanded. Mr. Myer also has concerns that the storm water basin has no drain, everything drains into the basin. The perk rate is listed as 6\" per hour, this seems very high. The EIS is very generic in nature. The work hours are listed as 7 am to 6 pm Monday through Saturday. Mr. Riker stated the hours have been covered in the Resolution. The project is stated as \"light manufacturing\". There will be no yard truck. Mr. Myer stated the applicant states the storm water basin will percolate faster than the existing forest. The plans contradict the EIS in that the plans state the property slopes North to South and the EIS states that it slopes West to North."
