"text": "There was discussion of the various constituents working on salary compensation issues and possible redundancy. Reba Rye was appointed by President Brown to lead the faculty component of the Salary Compensation Study. Senator Gywali offered to assist and she is in consultation with him, as well as the BASC members. She assured Ombudsman Reilly that the variable data points he mentioned was included in her recommendations to the committee and had been reported to Senate previously. She again encouraged colleagues to communicate any concerns or ideas they have relative to the study."
