            "text": "In May a Frankfort/Franklin County Education Initiative was launched. The goal of the initiative is to introduce a series of efforts to promote Kentucky State University as Frankfort's University and to encourage and promote ongoing collaboration with the University and public schools which would include middle and high schools. City of Frankfort Mayor William May issued a proclamation designating Kentucky State University as Frankfort's University."
