            "text": "The audit of the retirement accounts started on December 22, 2015. Every transaction each month for each employee is being reviewed for the period 2012-2015 to ensure employee accounts are up-to-date and correct. This has proven to be a tedious process. Human Resources staff will work with each retirement agency to ensure any necessary corrections are made to employee accounts. Target completion date for all corrections was June 1, 2016. This has been delayed, the retirement agencies requested we resume meetings in August to avoid their peak season during fiscal year end."

We were asked to review time for all hourly employees from 3/10/14 – 3/10/16 to determine what overtime had not been paid and to start the review of position to ensure they meet the FLSA criteria for exempt and non-exempt."
