(C) Assignment of PUA/SW/CJ (unit) faculty to serve on committee initiated by unit chair on 8th September and was based upon following criteria: (i) tenured with the rank of Associate Professor, or higher, (ii) availability and willingness to serve on the committee. (D) Request for outside member initiated by unit chair on 8th September. Four tenured members of the KSU community were queried, three declined. Dr. Smith is a faculty member of the School of Business.",

All members of the Committee were able to review the Dossier before meeting on the 17th.",
