It was under his leadership that the Social Work program received reaffirmation of its accreditation by the Council on Social Work Education in 2010. He also has a demonstrated record of service on university committees."

He has not developed a robust publication agenda or presentation history, and while I recognize that Kentucky State University is a teaching institution, there must be some effort to continue engagement in the discipline. Dr. Ulrich did published a book in 2010 through Lambert Academic Publishing; however, this is not a peer-reviewed or recognized academic press."
