Regent Farris requested to have a legislative agenda included with our capital plan. President Brown discussed Kentucky State has an agreement with John McCarthy of McCarthy Strategic Solutions as our legislative representative. President Brown and his Cabinet will meet with Mr. McCarthy at the end of this month to craft a legislative agenda for the next year. An update will be given at the December meeting.",
