            "text": "Mr. Pinkard stated that a physical inventory of the University's fixed assets has been a big concern for his team. Per Mr. Pinkard, no physical inventory was done in the month of December due to quite a few things that were happening at that point and time. A physical inventory was started in January with the assistance of Facilities Operations and Maintenance Services to make certain that we can get the reach necessary to get this done more quickly and differently than we have done before. He stated that nine of sixty-four buildings have been completed and the project should be fully completed by the end of March or early May."
