Principals, guidance counselors and school superintendents will be invited to campus for lunch and a presentation by faculty, students and Admissions staff. There, they will learn about the various KSU resources available to their students while in high school and as prospective Thorobreds. "text": "The Living African American Legends convocation series was a rousing success. Speakers were featured each Tuesday and Thursday throughout the month of February. Regents Whitehead and Henry were slated as speakers. Unfortunately, Regent Henry's convocation was canceled due to inclement weather. KSU students were engaged throughout the series as interviewers, program participants, and musical entertainment. Students were able to pose questions to the speakers in person and via the Thorobred Express' Twitter account. The addition of social media for students to pose questions to the speakers was well received. Attendance at the series ranged from 300+ to 500+ attendees."

"text": "The Office of Student Affairs has undertaken two campaigns to improve customer service and student engagement. They are, “Student Life Support” and the “How’d I Do?” campaigns. The “Student Life Support” campaign encourages students to participate in planning Student Life programming. To date, more than 40 Event Suggestion Forms have been submitted. Many of those events have been incorporated into the programming for the 2015-2016 academic year. The “How’d I Do?” campaign encourages students to complete an online survey that rates customer service on campus. That online survey was launched on March 24. The results received thus far are complimentary of customer service received in the One Stop Shop. A detailed data analysis will be provided in the next Board Report."
