            "text": "Following is an explanation and outline of the components and complete process for conducting the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools – Commission on College’s (SACSCOC) Fifth-Year Interim Report. The information below is taken directly from the SACSCOC documents for use in this description. The SACSCOC Preparation Team consists of Dr. Beverly L. Downing - Interim Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Mark Shale - KSU SACS Liaison, Dr. Peter Smith - Report Writer and Dr. Helen Smith - Report Writer. Work towards preparing for the self-study began January 2013. Kentucky State University has completed all of the requirements and submitted its completed Fifth-Year Interim Report and Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) to SACSCOC as of March 12, 2015."
