            "text": "Regent Mindy Barfield asked about the effectiveness of the airport displays in Lexington and Louisville. Ms. Lewis responded that the advertising reach is estimated according to the number of people passing by the displays. Mr. Maxwell said that current billboard activity in the Frankfort area, as well as the airport displays, are being assessed for cost effectiveness. The new comprehensive advertising campaign will address the need for advertising in other areas in the state of Kentucky."
