            "text": "BACKGROUND: In July 2015, Kentucky State University contracted with KENTUCKY ORTHOPEDIC REHABILITATION, LLC (KORT), to provide athletic training services for the School in connection with our Athletics programs. The agreement includes the provision of 3 full time licensed athletic trainers and 1 licensed graduate assistant. We are submitting the third amendment to the initial agreement with KORT to the Kentucky State University Board of Regents for final approval in accordance with the following sections of the Gold Book: The President of Kentucky State University is responsible for recommending to the Kentucky State University Board of Regents the employment of vice-president level and above staff. The Kentucky State University Board of Regents shall consider the President’s recommendation and take action on that recommendation:"
