            "text": "The Board Self-Evaluation Results show that holistically the Board ranks their performance between 3.0 and 3.5 in each of the major assessment areas. Specifically, Board Policy-Making Role and Function is a 3.2, Board Organization and Operation is a 3.3, Board Leadership and Accountability is a 3.2, Board Expectations is a 3.1, and Board President Relations is a 3.5. In comparison to the 2018 Board Self-Evaluation, the 2019 Board Self-Evaluation revealed an increase or remained consistent across three categories, and decreased by .1 of a point in two categories which include, Board Expectations and Board President Relations. The largest change (+.3) was regarding Board Policy-Making Role and Function."
