Mr. Rush explained that the development of an enterprise risk management process is an MIP objective (5.9.1) and was originally due in March of this year. This is an institutional process and the use of an outside consultant is not required by CPE. Mr. Rush discussed various areas to be incorporated into the risk management plan as well as reporting requirements, management considerations, and deliverables."
