            "text": "Chair Mason stated that since the last meeting, he has met with the search firm. Further, members of the search firm will be present at the next Committee meeting to discuss the search process. The search firm's portal will open following that meeting so Committee members can review candidate CV's prior to weekly meetings. The Committee will then meet weekly to allow members to discuss the CV's that they had reviewed. Candidates will initially be interviewed via Zoom as needed to narrow down the pool to five candidates for consideration by the Board of Regents."
