The former President remembers the resolution and assumed the money came out. He noted that the resolution was something the Board had wanted the Administration to do as a symbolic gesture. The resolution followed KSU’s reduction in force, which was approved by the Board in May 2020. Through the reduction in force, KSU eliminated 32 jobs to reduce its payroll costs due to the COVID pandemic.
