Morning parking counts conducted in September 2025, consistent with morning services at the Shul, revealed a total of 23 vehicles parked either on the site or on Pitney Lane adjacent to the Shul. Since the 32-space parking lot will provide 9 parking spaces more than is currently necessary, MRA assumed that all of the additional 9 parking spaces would generate traffic during roadway peak hours. Based on this assumption, the Shul expansion will generate the following additional new traffic volumes."
