The KY Office of Agricultural Policy (KOAP) determines final approval. Applicants may be subject to a site visit to verify the capacity to accept and properly administer grant funding. We notify approved recipients via email. Recipients must complete a Contract and other legal documentation provided by KSU. Upon final authorization, disbursement of awarded grant funds is via Direct Deposit."
