            "text": "WHEREAS, specific conditions will be placed upon Jackson Township if awarded an Ocean County Sidewalk Construction Grant, including 1) executing a recordable Hold Harmless/Indemnification Agreement with Ocean County under which Jackson Township will assume responsibility for all future maintenance (inclusive of snow and ice removal) and repair of the constructed sidewalk; 2) developing and adopting land use ordinance revisions necessary to require all development applications of any kind along County roadways to install sidewalks; and 3) adopting either the International Property Maintenance Code or other substantially similar property maintenance regulations specifically addressing sidewalks; and"
