We’re coming out of a pandemic and I think people had a rough 18 months and it’s probably not the right time to increase any more expenses above what’s already been increased in the last 12 months, including tolls in the State and with the gas prices up about a dollar in the last four months. He doesn’t think that residents need another increase in anything."

Activity related to Rova Farms has slowed somewhat due to the pandemic, but he's glad to see this resolution as one of many so that Rova Farms can become what we expect it will be. For those that don't know, the town bought that property back in 2019. Last year, we put a ballot question on to not only increase the open space fund, which overwhelmingly passed but within that change also allowed for some of that funding to be used for improvements of those types of properties. It's something that the town could be proud of going forward. He is glad see that we are getting back on track as we move forward; thanked Administration for that."
