Updated counts were done at Winterberry Boulevard because the school has different peak hours. The analysis assumed five buses and 12 staff and looked at a ten year horizon. Traffic will operate at acceptable levels of service. The east side of Cassville Road will be widened to match the west side. Curbs and sidewalks will run the length of the frontage. The church already contributed to the Pedestrian Safety Fund. The County approved the roadway expansion. Mr. Peters requested that the County review the revised plans. Ms. Jennings agreed to make this a condition of approval."
