"text": "in this park for them. He asked why this lawsuit is stopping the Committee from enforcing these rules? He later added that the other people that have spoke are from Shady Oaks Park not from Luxury Mobile Home Park. He said the speaker before him and after him both work for Mr. Terhune. He asked them again for help. Mayor Broderick began by stating he did receive his phone call but he wasn't home. He said he should be calling the DEP. He told him they are actively pursuing this. The County Prosecutor's office has been involved also. Deputy Mayor Krakower stated he wasn't home either when he called, but he didn't leave his phone number so he couldn't return his call. Committeeman Giblin said they understand that there is a situation out there that needs to be rectified. He said they appreciate Mr. Delaney coming every week and keeping them updated, but they really can't say anything. Committeeman Kafton added that although their hands are tied they keep moving forward with the public's best interest in mind."

"text": "GARY BLACK, 76 LEWIS AVENUE: He began by saying he is a very proud resident of Shady Oaks Mobile Park. When asked for his address, he told the Mayor that he already knows it, or at least he knew his address when he was a member of the Democratic Club. He said the Mayor is trying to decide what the people want to hear. He stated that he has the time under the Open Public Meetings Act. He told the Mayor he should familiarize himself with the proper way a government should be run. This is why he left his party, because he knew he couldn't handle it. He wanted to know what the plans were for Shady Oaks Mobile Park and Luxury Circle? He then addressed Committeeman Grisanti and said he is also one of the reasons that he left the club, when he first attacked his park three years ago. He spoke about a meeting three years ago when many people came up to defend the park and their landlord. They tied the meeting up for over three hours. He said they can bring more people back and do it again. He commented that what they are doing here is wrong. The people of Jackson Township have the right to live peacefully in their community. They have the right to expand and better themselves and the Committee doesn't have the right to stop them. He said it is wrong and they all know that. He addressed the Mayor and reminded him that twenty years ago they stood up together. At that time, Senator Russo wanted a dump put on contaminated earth in Colliers Mills Park. They stood up because that was wrong. At one time when the Democrats were doing something wrong the Mayor would stand up. What happened? He went on to ask what the number of affordable housing units is in Jackson Township and does that number include mobile home pads built since 1981? He then asked if they are aware that mobile home pads built after 1981 do fall under Mount Laurel requirements? He explained that this is actually providing low income housing without putting any strain on the municipality, because they are replacing what's already there. In closing, he stated that it's not just their park its all over. Lets see if we can work together and be a town again. Mayor Broderick began by asking Mr. Black to stick to the issues. He told him that the people don't want to hear all this. He then explained that in case he didn't hear Committeeman Kafton, they are not at liberty to speak about this because there is an open lawsuit. The Mayor then said if he thought this was wrong he wouldn't be here. He asked him to leave his name and address with Mr. Kennedy and he would afford him the information tomorrow regarding affordable housing. Committeeman Giblin added that Resolution 429R-02 was a renewal of a mobile home park license for Fountainhead properties. Mr. Black then stated that this was due in January, why did it take so long?"

"text": "EARL TERHUNE, 22 SO. HOPE CHAPEL ROAD: He spoke about how Mr. Delaney comes in every week and cries. He said that the Health Department comes in and doesn't seem to find any problems. The DEP was in the other day and didn't find any problems either. He told them that if Mr. Delaney had a problem, he could call him and he will go out there and see what his problem is. He explained that Mr. Delaney has been a problem child for him for the last twenty years. He has lived in both of his trailer parks. He said that Luxury hasn't had a citation since he took it over 7 months ago. They are doing the best they can. The Health Department says they are trying to put 10 pounds of crap in a 5 pound bag. Without building permits, moving trailers around and putting in a new septic system they are always going to have problems. He said he is asking the Committee to give them a chance to do these improvements so they can make"
