Ms. Cipriani advised there are some concerns and procedural issues regarding the DEP fee, which they don’t. However, there is a permitting process. We need to do an ordinance to allow. Ms. Cipriani will provide a rough draft and suggested Council speak with the Township Planner on some thoughts on where you want it permitted. Council President Bressi will forward the draft to the Township Planner. He confirmed the permitting process is still through the NJDOT."
