CR 537 is a multi-lane divided highway in this area with a generally level and straight alignment. CR 537 provides access to the Six Flags Great Adventure and Hurricane Harbor theme parks. Interstate 195 is located north of this property and is served by a full Interchange to CR 537. Several commercial land uses such as McDonald's, Burger King and a Wawa convenience store are located along the westbound lanes of CR 537 on the opposite side of Adventure Crossing."

            "text": "Traffic volume counts were conducted at CR 537/Pine Drive and CR 537/reversing jughandles in the summer of 2021. ATR's were also placed along the eastbound and westbound lanes of CR 537 in the summer of 2021. Pre-Covid traffic data, collected along Route 537 from 2017 thru 2019, was reviewed. Based upon the results of the ATR data, it was found that peak traffic hours along CR 537 are heavily influenced by the Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor theme parks. Both weekday and Saturday peak hour volumes begin to peak at 10:00 AM and stay at relatively high levels until approximately 1:00 PM. The majority of the traffic during this time frame consists of westbound traffic on CR 537 entering the Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor theme parks. Exiting traffic from the Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor theme parks that travels east on CR 537 peaks from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM."
