It should be further noted that a crossing guard is located at the intersection of North New Prospect Road/Newark Avenue during school arrival and dismissal hours and assists pedestrians crossing the intersection. The crossing guard also assists traffic entering North New Prospect Road from Newark Avenue (and from the Shul driveway when constructed). Therefore, the intersection of North New Prospect Road/Newark Avenue/Shul driveway will operate within acceptable traffic engineering parameters for the 2035 design year."

Access is provided to the north side of the Shul building for fire access and access to the trash enclosure which is located at the northwest corner of the site. Parking stalls are dimensioned at 9 feet wide by 18 feet deep in keeping with current standards and 2-way circulation aisles are dimensioned at 24 feet between parking spaces and 18 feet for access to the trash enclosure (no parking spaces are located along the 18-foot-wide aisle)."
