            "text": "Notice Is Hereby Given: That at 6:00 p.m., at the City Hall Council Chambers, Peosta, Iowa, on November 10, 2026, the City Council of the City of Peosta, Iowa, will hold a public hearing on the question of amending the urban renewal plan for the Peosta Urban Renewal Area (the “Urban Renewal Area”) in order to authorize the undertaking of new urban renewal projects in the Urban Renewal Area consisting of (a) using tax increment financing to pay the costs of constructing street, sanitary sewer system, and water system improvements; (b) using tax increment financing to pay the costs of constructing a new public works building; (c) providing tax increment financing support to Peosta Business and Community Alliance (the “Alliance”) in connection with certain initiatives being undertaken by the Alliance in the Urban Renewal Area; and (d) providing tax increment financing support to Burds Family Practice PLLC (“Burds”) in connection with the construction by Burds of a new medical clinic.",
