Due to the nature of the project proposed and the surrounding land uses, the most significant potential air quality impact would arise from carbon monoxide vehicle emissions. Localized increases typically occur at places of vehicular concentration and delays, such as intersections. There are no intersections located in close proximity to the site that have significant air quality impacts. The site generated traffic will directly access Jackson Mills Road. The project will not generate a significant increase in traffic, with anticipated am and pm peak trips of 16 and 18 per hour to be generated."
