            "text": "Quality Manager (QM) is responsible for development, implementation, monitoring and revising the Quality Management System (QMS) that defines standardized laboratory practices and supports accreditation requirements of the American Association of Veterinarian Laboratory Diagnostics (AAVLD), Food & Drug Administration (FDA), National Poultry Improvement Plan (NPIP), and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The QM reports the status, effectiveness, and compliance to established procedures directly to the Laboratory Director in order to drive continuous improvement. Education requirements: BS and quality management experience."
